Initiate Return
Contact our customer service team at customerservice@sophiebillebrahe.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included as they were received.
Secure Shipping
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier has inspected the item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
